My Netbook gives that message when the CD isn't connected. So make sure your burner is connected properly, and can be 'seen' in computer explorer. In the results list click 'Troubleshooter'. If that doesn't help, click 'programs' and run the WMP troubleshooters there. So I'm going to let the matter go, at least for now Thankyou for trying This thread is locked.
