Swipe right to go to Video only mode and the live chat and the broadcast preparation window disappear. In Video only mode, you can concentrate on the live video and easily change the scale or position of sources. Swipe left to go to My Studio. For iPhone users, this function is available only on iOS 11 or higher.
Please note that videos and sounds from some webpages may not play normal due to technical constraints. Press [Web] in My Studio. Copy and paste the URL of the widgets, then press [Save]. Select the webpage you wish to add from the list of sources in My Studio. Adjust the position and size of the webpage. Switching the layer lock settings to on enables the webpage source to remain unmoved even if touched, making it convenient when streaming gameplay.
To switch the layer lock settings to off, go to My Studio and press the more button. The screencast feature is only available while you are live, so be sure to go live before using. You will be asked for the permissions when you open the app for the first time. You can also allow them before going live. Screencast is available on apps that support live broadcasting. You can create an intro and add it to your live. It will automatically play as your broadcast begins.
You can make an intro only with sources saved in My Studio. Make sure that you import sources to My Studio before making an intro. You can set the duration of an intro in the lower right of the screen. Check the intro source thumbnail that has been set in the intro button area. Selecting the area will allow you to edit or disable the intro. Chat feature is available when streaming to the platform connected via account login. If you wish to share chat messages with viewers, you can use the [Comment Pick] feature.
If you press and hold on the message desired, the message will be fixed on the broadcast screen. Press and hold the comment of the viewer you wish to block, and the related menu will be displayed. You can share your live videos to Facebook and Twitter for certain platforms.
If notifications are turned off in the OS, go to Settings and change to receive notifications. My Studio features the ability to add media, music, texts, webpages, chat widget sources to your collection of assets and easily apply them to your videos. This feature allows you to create text sources, and add them onto the screen whenever needed.
Once a text source is created within My Studio, it will keep its position and size as it was. For reliable broadcasting quality, the maximum number of web sources may be limited. This feature allows you to add a chat widget, which compiles messages from viewers and displays them on the viewing screen, and add them to My Studio assets. You can select to either display on both viewers' and streamer's screens, or only on streamer's screen.
Refer to Screencast Help for more details. Tap [Edit] to delete sources or change the order of sources in My Studio. An area where imported images, videos, and music sources are saved. This creates a quick, creative, and fun storyline for the audience. Choose an emotion that best expresses your feelings and enjoy the various emotion effect options available to you.
This allows you to draw on the screen with various colors and pens. This allows you to quickly find your favorite effects by saving them in one place. You can add an effect as a favorite by holding the item, and a second-holding will allow you to delete an existing favorite effect.
You can also use the edit function to reorganize your favorite effects list. Click the Giphy sticker menu, type in a search word, and use the various available Giphy stickers.
After a Giphy sticker is added to the screen, you can edit its position and size. For reliable broadcasting quality, the total number of Giphy stickers used at once may be limited. You can connect your camera device to your mobile device for live broadcasting or video recording.
This feature is currently supported on Android devices only. You can connect external devices during a live stream, and it is recommended to start your streaming in landscape mode as videos of external cameras are processed in landscape-ratio.
While an external camera is connected, all effects and sources can be used with the exception of the Mask effect. Connect an external camera to your mobile using a USB cable. Android 10 devices are not supported due to its system limitations. The subsequent flow remains the same as USB cameras. This feature is not supported by Android 9 devices and higher, due to a possibility of errors.
You can connect an external microphone device to your mobile device for live broadcasting and video recording. Bluetooth connected microphones, however, are not currently supported. Connect a 3. This feature is not supported for iOS due to technical limitation. The broadcast destinations you set and sources in My Studio will disappear when you log out. While using PRISM Live Studio, you may experience difficulties caused by various facts such as your network environment, device, or associated services. If you encounter an error, check out information below. You are currently not connected to any network. Make sure that cellular network or Wifi is turned on. A wrong login information may have been saved on your device. A very slow response to SNS authentication may cause an error, too. You may have difficulties using the service if your device or network settings are not appropriate.
Please check out the list below. Make sure that the current time and time zone setting on your device are set properly for your region. You may see a temporary error message if you are in a bad network environment. Internet access may be restricted. Please open your browser to check your internet connection is working and try again. It automatically adjusts to the orientation of your device before you stream live or record a video. Make sure that the orientation lock is turned off if the screen doesn't rotate on your device.
The language is determined according to your device's language settings. An update information popup is displayed if a new update is applicable when the app is started. It is recommended to always update the app to the latest version.
Click and drag an empty area in each window to separate or attach the window. To transmit a broadcast, a process to connect to a platform is necessary. You have two options for connecting to a live platform. The connection method you select can be limited depending on the live platform policy. A channel refers to a location where a broadcast is posted within each platform. If there are a large number of channels, a horizontal scroll function is provided.
To start a live broadcast or record, you need a scene that includes at least one source. You can check up to ten scenes through real-time thumbnails in the scene list area. You can proceed with scene change even if you are not using Studio Mode.
If a scene and a source are not saved separately, the scene and source that were set last are maintained however, the setting is reset when you log out of PRISM. Click the Change button in the Scene area to display a popup to configure settings for scene change.
The detailed settings for each effect can be configured in the Attributes popup. A built-in camera or an external camera device can be used for your broadcast. For some video capture devices, you need to install a driver to start the devices.
Before connecting a device, check the updated driver in the official website. Refer to the official PRISM blog for directions on how to connect video capture devices as the connection methods vary by product. A built-in microphone or an external audio capture device can be used for your broadcast. You can adjust the broadcast sound by using a variety of audio interfaces. You need to install a driver to use some interfaces. You can capture a game screen real-time and add it to your broadcast screen.
If the game is not captured with Game Capture source, try adding a monitor or window source. You can add a real-time monitor screen by using Monitor Source. You can capture any full-screen application program to capture your entire monitor screen. You can capture a specific window to capture the selected area of your monitor screen.
