MS Word is designed to be a word processing program, so it has loads of options. This is not the same for an email program as it is not designed to be a Word Processing program. If you have a Word document then it is best attached to an email. Then the recipient can open i in the correct program and read it as you intended. It is not a good idea to import all that formatting. Most will be superfluous, some may not be able to be used and it will bloat the email.

Any formatting you include could make it difficult for the recipient to read the email or may force unwanted formatting on replies. Suggest you use the option to paste without formatting.
